Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During a windows update I was prompted to either clear TPM or activate it, I’m unsure which. Either way windows no longer boots, I’ve tried clearing TPM, activating and deactivating it in turn.

Reinstalled windows from the local partition repeatedly and all to the same result, a blank black screen after the bios load up. only way to get past that point is to use safe mode.
