Hi @Alexandrr3339,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with error 0xcoooooe9.

Please try the steps given below might help you to fix your issue.

1) Once the unit is Powered on keep tapping the F8 key and select Startup Repair your computer, you will need to begin a start-up repair of the system.

2) Once the unit is Powered on keep tapping the F8 key and select the option called Safe mode try doing a system restore.

3) Turn on power, press F10 to enter BIOS mode, and run the Memory Test and Hard Drive Test if any test fails you need to replace the part.

4) Try doing a recovery using the F11 partition please do not run a this will erase all the data on your Hard drive kindly back up your data.

It is caused by different PC components not being able to properly connect to your computer. There could be other reasons for the Error 0xc00000e9 like misconfigured BIOS/CMOS settings, malfunctioning hardware, or corrupt system files.

Let me know how it goes!
