Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I randomly couldn't boot back when I restarted my laptop yesterday. I figured that it'd be a bios issue, since then it got stuck on "Press esc key for startup options", but it would go into the blank lit screen if I pressed any function key.

Now after a few attempts it doesn't even show the screen, it just lights up, I hear the fans and disc drive clicking but then it gets stuck there.

I tried updating the bios with a recovery usb, but pressing the Win+B key with the USB in results in the same blank screen. Without the USB, if I press the key combination, it goes into a screen telling me to insert a recovery usb.

Also, I noticed the HDD indicator constantly on on the blank screen. No other blinking lights or audible beeps. Only a HDD indicator on constantly.

Any idea what might be going on?
