Hello, Today I have received the firmware update, so after I finished some things on my laptop - it doesn't want to turn off - it just reboots at all. The firmware version is BIOS : F.41-09/05/2022. Thank you all for advice

(1) Disable Windows Shutdown Sleep and Hibernate

How to disable Sleep Mode or Hibernation

 

(2) Restart Windows and log in. Wait a few minutes.

(3) Shutdown Windows

(4Disconnect charger

(5Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(6Connect charger

(7) Test your notebook

(8) Please report your results

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

BIOS Version/Date F.41-09/05/2022
