Hi, @noobThugbot   I think the BIOS has been corrupted.

Try this fix.

Tnx for quick respond, but I'v already try that in the beginning when fan was working, now without battery when i attached power cable i get caps on and blinking power lights, power button won't work, fans won't start, when i hold the power button at second 30, all light will go off and when i released the power button, caps on again and blinking power lights, i think it's power failure but happened through software process!

It could most likely be a hardware issue then. The power failure could have probably caused the fault. Is your warranty still valid? If so you can take it for repairs.
