Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (320M3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need help with booting up my Laptop, when I plug it in and try to turn it on the charging indicator blinks 3 short white blinks and I can’t find anything on what the blinks mean so if anybody could help that would be great

Apparently it's a hardware failure.

According to the documentation below, there are some tests to be carried out.
