The notebook will not wake up from Sleep mode using keyboard or wireless mouse. I can take it out of sleep mode by using the power button, I would like to use either the wireless mouse or press any keyboard button.I went through all Microsoft Self-Help solution methods. One method recommended to enter BIOS and change the sleep setting. There is no sleep setting in the BIOS Menu. Bios F.24 Rev.A
Is there a solution to fix this?

@LS4232, Its great to hear from you again.
I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.
When a computer goes to the sleep mode, the lights on the power button will keep blinking and the display will go blank. This indicates the PC is in sleep mode.
Open the Keyboard control panel item, as described in Method 1.
Click the Hardware tab, and then click Properties.
Click the Change Settings button
Note This step requires Administrator access
Click the Power Management tab, and then verify that the Allow this device to wake the computer is enabled.
Click OK, and then click OK again.
Note If your computer does not support Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI), the earlier steps may not be available. In this case, you have press the power button to wake the computer. If you cannot resume computer operation by using any of these methods, you may have experienced a system problem.
Uninstall and Reinstall the display adapters.
Step 1: uninstall the display drivers.
a. Press Windows + X, Click Device Manager.
b. Expand Display Adapters.
c. Check if the name of the graphics card is the list.
d. Right-click on the Display Adapter’s name and click uninstall.
e. Once you uninstall the drivers it will prompt to restart the computer, do not restart the computer.
f. Install the latest graphics driver using HP support assistant.

Hey there! @LS4232, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have issues waking your computer from sleep mode.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Please provide the product number and operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.
Try few steps recommended below.
1. Click starts > settings > system
2. Left side menu click > Power and Sleep.
3. Scroll down click > Additional Power Settings.
4. Left menu. For each of these Click > 'Choose what the power buttons do' and Click > 'Choose what closing the lid does'. Make these changes [battery and plugged in]:
When I press the power button ~ Hibernate.
When I Press the sleep button ~ Turn Off the Display.
When I close the Lid ~ Sleep.
Now return to 3 above > Additional Power Settings and continue:
5. Look for 'Plan shown on the battery meter' and a highlighted circle. Yours could be 'Automatic balances or balances[recommended]. If your computer is highlighted [example DELL] use that option.
6. Adjacent your choice click 'Change Plan Setting'
7 On next screen click 'Change advanced power settings'
8. A new menu appears. Move down and click > Power Button & Lid
9. Go down the menu and make these changes [battery and plugged in];
Lid close .... change to 'Sleep' for both options.
Power Button ... change to 'Hibernate' for both options
Sleep Button ... change to 'Turn Off the display'.
Also, try updating the BIOS and chipset drivers on your PC and check if it helps.
Link to update the BIOS.
Also, update the graphics drivers using this link.

I followed all the steps. The problem still exists. It does enter sleep mode and the light blinks for about 3 mins. After that, no lights are on. The settings are on to wake up the computer with keyboard or mouse. I try this and it won't wake up. When I press the power button. I get HP, Spinning wheel and then the screen comes up as normal.
So my main issues are not waking up with mouse or keyboard. When I press the power button, Is this what I should see as described in previous paragraph? If so, How can I wake-up the computer with the keyboard and/or mouse.
Should the computer stay with the light blinking in sleep mode? That is what I am looking for it to do.
