Product: Envy 360

My hp envy x360 m Convertible laptop has an error of “ Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart for you” on a blue screen. I have tried to restart my laptop but it keeps freezing before I can get to any options and there is no obvious restart category.
