I have been trying to install OS on a ZBook 15u g6 that I have had for a while and needed to replace the drive.  I’ve tried toggling all of settings in BIOS that have occurred to me to try playing with.  When I get to the boot menu, I select my flash drive, it will go to the ‘continue boot’ screen and then it goes to the ‘please install an OS on your hard drive’.  Any suggestions?

I was able to create the restore media from HP and reinstall it from that.
