Hi!
I'm having a small issue, the only way can shut my laptop down is by holding the power button... the "shut down" located on the start menu, says it is shutting down, but simply restarts. This issue started after the system automatically upgraded to Win 10, after finding the issue, I installed a fresh copy of Win 10, and made sure that all divers were up to date… and still I can only shut the laptop down by holding the power button.
According to HP Support Assistant, I’m up to date and no updates are available, so… what am I missing? Why can’t I click the shut down button and have the laptop shutdown?
