Hallo,

bitte prüfen Sie zuerst, ob die Num Lock-Taste aktiviert ist. Drücken Sie einmal Num Lock / NumLk und testen Sie den Zahlenblock erneut.

Falls Ihr Notebook keine separate Num-Lock-Taste hat, versuchen Sie bitte:

  • Fn + Num Lock
  • Fn + F11 oder Fn + F12، je nach Tastaturlayout
  • Externe USB-Tastatur testen, um auszuschließen, dass es ein Hardwareproblem ist

Unter Windows können Sie auch die Bildschirmtastatur prüfen:

  1. Drücken Sie Windows + R
  2. Geben Sie osk ein
  3. Klicken Sie auf Optionen
  4. Aktivieren Sie Ziffernblock einschalten
  5. Prüfen Sie dort die Taste NumLock

Wenn der Zahlenblock danach immer noch nicht funktioniert, empfehle ich, den Tastaturtreiber im Geräte-Manager zu deinstallieren und den PC neu zu starten.
