Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7B632AV)

My new Zbook Fury G10 (1 month) is stuck at boot with fans going full force and the 'firmware update in progress, please wait'. Nevertheless for how long I'll wait, the screen does not change ant the update seems running forever.

No software updates were made.

Can you please advise?

HP, why not helping here? Looks like it will be my first and last HP notebook. But seems you are not care?
