hello guys
i have an hp Zbook 15
but its spec is not as i saw on the internet
specifications:
CPU: intel core i7 4800mq
RAM:8gb ddr3
GPU: quadro k1100m 2gb
HDD:750 gb
problem is this my laptop is so slow
its not as i expect to be
i have tested many hp laptops(weaker spec) that was faster than this
my windows is original and no apps on startup, but my laptop boots way later than even weaker laptops(they are HDD too)
so the problem is not windows
anyway I tried to install linux on my zbook
i know the installation way
but when i booted the memory(which i have used for many other systems and it has been working fine) an error showed up which i really dont remember(but i know that it was writen 'please update microcode to X22 or later')
i tested Linux Fedora,Linux Mint,Linux Mint Cinammon and Ubonto
all gave me the same error
but fedora booted up(but it was really laggy and even i couldnt use it because it was all hanging)
others just waited
my friend told me update the bios
i updated but no change
but i think i have used the wrong bios(because the hp website didnt detect my zbook,so i searched to zbook15 and downloaded the latest bios, but zbook has lots of versions)
so i want you to help me how to make it faster as i want
because what i am seeing is not CORE I7 real performance
if you have the correct BIOS update for me, i really appreciate that if u upload it for me(if it works of course)
if u know its not BIOS problem,so help me as u think its true
Thanks In Advance

HP ZBook 15 is a series of many models/products with many options/configutaions therefore the model of your machine can only be one of them and it could be a low end machine of the series.
My suggestion: re-install Windows 10 using installation media created from
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
And select KEEP all user files/applications
