Product: Stream 11-d011wm

I have an HP stream model 11-d011wm notebook and have forgotten the administrator password or power On password when I try three times it gives me a system disabled screen with a code number [84689856]. Is there some way I can reset the password or a universal admin code that will allow me to access my computer? Please, and thanks for any and all help!
