If this is a Windows administrator password then reloading the operating system will resolve the issue. If it is a BIOS administrator password then submitting information on subverting BIOS passwords or security is not allowed on this forum.

That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.
