HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0000 (172M9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp envy laptop has been locked and is asking for an administrator password or power-on password which I never made before.

 

Please help if any has faced this and how was this solved.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
