Typically an OEM BIOS cannot be unlocked. Some gaming systems or Business Class systems might offer that, but if you are asking to unlock a locked BIOS, it is most likely not possible.
The model number is needed to check on anything, first.
What is it you want to do that requires the BIOS to be unlocked?

If you post the model number, then I can give you much better help. AND there may be a manual giving the info needed to answer that question.

You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just TPM or what the MS tool tells you.
