Typically an OEM BIOS cannot be unlocked.  Some gaming systems or Business Class systems might offer that, but if you are asking to unlock a locked BIOS, it is most likely not possible.

The model number is needed to check on anything, first.

What is it you want to do that requires the BIOS to be unlocked?

Hello.

Can you provide me more info about your notebook/desktop so I can help you?

@Bayfener

If you post the model number, then I can give you much better help.  AND there may be a manual giving the info needed to answer that question.

TPM is not in the Advanced Settings section; it is in Security or Boot -- both of which you should have access to.

You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just TPM or what the MS tool tells you.

Here is a link to a third-party tool that will check all the currently known requirements for Windows 11 and tell you what fails on your PC: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases

Look down the page below the illustration of the reports at the Assets section. Links to the downloads are shown there.
