after update the laptop needs bitlocker key , providing the key wil start the system, but again afther shutdown

If you don't need to encrypt your drive, I recommend that you turn Bitlocker off.

Procedure How to disable bitlocker did not work , only backup recovery key choice.

problem was gone after uninstal windows update KB5041585
