Product: NX9420
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
I have several NX9420 computers, I moved from one of his CPU to another computer, when I turned on the computer I got the following message
The following configuration change was requested to
this computer is trusted platform module (TPM):
Allow a user to take ownership of the TPM
At the edge of the screen was an option to press: F1 to Boot
Then the computer demanded insert a smart card.
1. I removed the hard disk
2. I took out the BIOS battery
Without success the computer fails to reach BIOS / Boot.
