Product: HP ENVY dv6t-7200 CTO Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

am having problem with There Isn't Enough Memory Available to Create a RAM Disk Device (0xc0000017)

i try every video solution from YouTube but its not working and then I remove hard drive and boot without hard drive but still have same issue may be its a bios error or ram but I need solution please help me if you have the solution.
