i have a anvy 15 and when i turn it on there is a massge "enter administrator password or power on password"

i am stuck with a non working computer

i dont know what os is on it (my moms) it got locket out in the bios "enter adminisrator password or power on password"

how can i unlock it??

i tried all passwords that i have/

Hi.

I contacted hp osrael. Have all document right.

They clame that a bios lock is not included in the warrenty and the have to replace the motherbord.

Is this possible?
