I have updated all drivers and software. I have also run HP Diagnostic tools yet it did not find anything wrong. Please help me fix this issue, I am tired of search for a solution and ready to just sell the laptop and buy a Dell.

After research this issue, it appears this problem is related to my graphics card.

Graphics Card: AMD radeon rx vega m gl graphics
