Hello, the problem, changed the battery, when loading Windows, the message comes out: "the battery is not HP . This may pose a threat to health and safety" the battery was purchased from the original

You said the battery was purchased from the original -- but was this a store or was this HP?  And it it was a store, how do you know they actually put an HP battery in it, not some third-party substitute?
