Product: hp envy x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I set a separate admin password than my startup password, I need to reinstall windows and I disabled boot from usb, I've forgotten this admin password, I can provide proof of purchase if needed I haven't had this laptop for long brought it from pb tech in silverdale I also tried using the website bios-pw.org which did not work
