Product: HP ZBook 15 G6 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after updating my bios, the battery in my hp zbook 15 G6 no longer charges. i'd like to go back to the previous version of my bios, but i've forgotten my password.
Please help me solve this problem.
i've forgotten my bios password.
