Hi @ParshuRam2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I’m sorry you’re going through this; I understand the concern and don’t worry I’ll help you with this.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  1. What is your exact HP laptop/desktop model?
  2. What happens when you press the power button? (Any lights, beeps, black screen, HP logo?)
  3. Do you see a message like “BIOS Corrupted”, “BIOS Recovery”, or “Boot Block Error"?
  4. Did this happen after a BIOS update, Windows update, or a sudden shutdown?

These details will help identify whether the BIOS can be recovered automatically.

In the meantime, here are a few safe troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Try HP BIOS Recovery (built-in)

Most HP systems have a recovery tool built into the motherboard.

  1. Turn the PC off completely
  2. Press and hold Windows key + B
  3. While holding them, press and hold the Power button for 2–3 seconds
  4. Release the Power button but keep holding Windows + B for 10–15 seconds

If supported, your system will try to recover the BIOS automatically.

2. Check for lights or beep codes

If you see blinking LED patterns or hear beeps, they help identify the exact problem.
Let me know the pattern if you see any.

3. Disconnect external devices

Sometimes the BIOS recovery won’t start if USB devices are attached.
Remove everything USB drives, external HDDs, printers, etc.

5. If the BIOS update failed mid-way

You may need a USB recovery drive using HP’s BIOS file from the support page.
I can guide you through creating one if you share your exact model.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead!

Best regards,

Deep_World
