Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hallo 

 

I buy a hp laptop from internet 

but I want to change the windows

I try few times but the installation is incomplete 

If I go to bios they ask password pls help to  remove bios password 

wat can I do ?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

 

That was the only way it could be done.

Most HP business notebooks including the one you have, do not generate system disabled codes.

 

Also, removing the CMOS battery will not clear the P/W.

The forum rules were amended last year, which no longer allow us to help with removing passwords.

 

Rule 4.d...

 

d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
