@Maverick121, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
This seems like a no boot issue and the reason could be the system board as per the article Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code.
Power reset the computer as shown in this document.
Try to recover BIOS
-
Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord.
-
Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
-
Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.
More info on recovering BIOs can be found in this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

So my laptop turned on by itself without doing anything of the mentioned above
It said that the cooling system isnt working
I took it to a repair shop and he said that my cooling system is working fine but the problem is with the vga
However 5 minutes after turning the laptop on it started overheating and i turned it off
Any idea what i should do now
Thank you

Follow the steps from the article Reducing Heat Inside the Laptop to Prevent Overheating.
Make sure the BIOS is up to date.
Let us run a test on the hardware components of the PC
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- Perform System Test > Extensive test. Share the result on your next post.
Let me know how this goes.
