Product: Pavillion 250
I am in the process of setting up a new laptop. I get to the screen where it asks for the account name, and in the process of entering that the screen suddenly goes black and all I can see i s the mouse.
How do I get out of this?

I managed to get a support person on the telephone and he sorted it out for me.

You need to Reset your notebook with recovery drive.
Shut down your notebook.
press f11 button repetedly as soon as you press power button.
Select advanced option and select repair this PC.
If this doesn't work go with reset This PC option.
