Hello, Blue screen of death here ;(. Computer was working fine prior to these actions made;
Had invalid ip config for xfinity wifi.
performed ip config reset/release. Reset winsock. Flush DNS. Did not fix problem
Uninstalled network adapter. Did not fix problem
Updated drivers, Did not fix problem.
Updated computer (something about 9.5 preview or something). Did not fix problem.
Lastly system restored computer to 5 days after problem occurred for invalid ip config.
problem date11/8/2020 restored to 11/3/2020. Problem still persisted.
I then gave up and went to mobile hot spot. tried to access Chrome browser
The browser would not load. Online said to restart laptop. Performed restart only to be locked out with blue screen.... I'm totally lost.... Computer wont boot up anyway i try, eg; safe mode, ignoring signature, etc etc. Computer is a little over a year old, no viruses, no other problems besides the invalid ip config. If anyone has any helpful hints... Please share 😞
