Hi:
First run the memory and hard drive diagnostics tests (F2) to make sure that there are no hardware issues.
A failing memory chip is one of the causes of blue screens.
If the hardware tests pass, the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: 8MM76UA#ABA
You will lose all data currently on the hard drive by using this method of factory resetting your PC.

Then the only other suggestion I can offer would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a plain W10 USB installation flash drive and clean install W11.
