HP Recommended

if i use my laptop for some time it works perfectly but when i use my latop more than a hour it does not shutdown and if we put it on sleep mode it doesnt wake up . We have to forcefully shutdown it .Even if we close lid in less than hour it wworks good but after the hgh time usage it also doesnt work
