i purchased a new laptop but 2nd day there is an error displaying "boot device not found".after diagnostic there is hard drive DST check FAILED.ON CALLINF CUSTOMER CARE he is asking for PASS CODE...but i have no any idea about that..plz help, i had not expected this problem for new laptop.my product id is-7NY46PA#ACJ,

if possible plz visit engineer to my add. , or call me for assistant mob no. [Personal Information Removed]
