Hi @DamRam,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating boot loop issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve it.
Power Cycle Your Laptop
- Turn off your laptop completely.
- Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery if it's removable.
- Hold down the power button for about 15-30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power adapter (and battery if removed) and try turning on the laptop again.
Access Safe Mode
- Turn off your laptop.
- Turn it on and as soon as you see the HP logo, repeatedly press the F8 or Shift + F8 key.
- Select Safe Mode from the list of options. If you can get into Safe Mode, you might be able to troubleshoot further or perform a system restore.
Use Windows Recovery Environment
- Turn off your laptop.
- Turn it on and as soon as the HP logo appears, hold down the Power button to force a shutdown.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times until you see the Windows Recovery Environment.
- Once in the recovery environment, you can try Startup Repair or System Restore.
Check for Hardware Issues
- Sometimes boot loops can be caused by hardware issues like faulty RAM or a failing hard drive. If you're comfortable, you can try reseating the RAM and checking the connections inside your laptop.
Create a Bootable USB Drive
- If none of the above steps work, you might need to create a bootable USB drive with Windows installation media. You can do this using another working computer:
- Download the Windows installation tool from Microsoft's website.
- Create a bootable USB drive following the instructions provided.
- Boot your laptop from the USB drive by changing the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, F10, F12, or Esc during startup).
Perform a Clean Install
- If you can boot from the USB drive, you may need to perform a clean install of Windows. This will erase all data on your laptop, so it's a last resort if you can't recover any data.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
