boot opens InsydeH20 Setup utility screen with "Exit saving changes?" message with continous beeps

During boot the laptop opens to a InsydeH20 Setup utility screen displaying a "Exit saving changes?" message box along with a continous beeping noise. The beeping lasts for some 20-30 seconds and during that time not able to select any option. After the beeping stops, selecting "yes" or exiting saving changes, it restarts and again the same issue occurs.

My guess is that your CMOS battery has died and thus, the BIOS is unable to save the settings -- so it's going to prompt you resave them every time.

You would have to open the laptop to change the battery and I would advise against YOU doing that unless you have experience in it because it's easy to damage it in the process.
