booting not working

Usually, if there is a problem with the RAM, the laptop beeps when restarting.  Is it beeping?

that I have pretty the same issue. 

Yes it is beeping. When I use one old memory 8GB and new one 16 - it works fine (as explained in the post).  So the issue is that Probook desn't work with the memory with low latency (CL 14 in my case)

OK, well first of all, you should not hijack someone else's thread even if your problem seems to be the same.  You both could have very different underlying situations and that would make providing different advice to the two of you in one thread very difficult.

Second, if the memory sticks won't work, then they won't -- there's nothing we can do about that.
