Hello community,
Current System BIOS Version: L74 Ver. 01.50 (latest available BIOS Version for this Notebook, downloaded from hp)
I want to use Bitlocker von my Win 10 Pro Edu (64-bit)
I can't find the TPM or PPI in the BIOS.
Can someone help me?
Maybe for this Notebook is no TPM or PPI available?!
Thanks for helping me.

Hi:
On the Probook 470 G1 model series there is no TPM.
TPM security chips were offered in the Probook 6xx G1 and Elitebook 8xx model series only.
If there are no BIOS settings to enable a TPM or embedded security device, or a security devices category in the device manager, then your notebook did not come with a TPM chip.
Below is the link to the HP Quickspecs for your notebook and I cannot find any references to a TPM being offered.
They do make mention of a HP drive encryption option being available, but it is not the same as Bitlocker.
I don't see that the software is offered for W10 on the support page (second link).
