Product: HP 15-f2000 Laptop PC (30K17AV)
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

i have created a usb flash drive with ventoy for both lubuntu 22.04 and ubuntu 22.04 but the ubuntu will not boot properly, it gets stuck on the welcome screen. the lubuntu os works fine.  i think there is some problem with the way hp laptop is set up to allow  to boot. i have secure boot disabled but was not able to find anywhere in the bios to allow legacy boot, in case that is the problem.

are there any other possible solutions when an os installer gets stuck at the same point every time during installation? 

this laptop was installed with windows 11 at factory but i installed linux on top of it erasing whatever gets erased during that type of install. i have not been able to resolve the issue on linux forums or on a forum for the ventoy installer. 

i hope you will be able to help me.
