dm3z-1000

I cannot find the drivers page for an used laptop I bought on eBay.

The label on the bottom has

product : VL350AV

model : dm3z-1000

The BIOS has

product : VL366AV

model : dm3t

BIOS version is F.0A

Using the Serial Number and the Product Number on the label on the bottom, I am told that the laptop has another 6 months of warranty.  But the BIOS page says that the Warranty Start Date is 20121217.

Using the Serial Number and either of the Product Number, gives me an error. No drivers page can be found.

I just want to update the BIOS !

Turns out that the BIOS file for the dm3-1039wm that I found at another hpnotebookdrivers.com website works. I was able to upgrade to BIOS version F28.

Still cannot find the dm3-1039wm drivers on HP.com

@Stream_owner,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to find the drivers page for your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I see that the computer that you have is more than 10 years old. Typically, HP stops supporting most products after 10 years. Once a product is retired, the official HP support content (troubleshooting articles, user guides, how-to videos, etc.) for that product is removed from the HP web site. Additional support content may still be available via the HP Forums or from third-party web sites; however, HP takes no responsibility for content authored by third-parties.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
