hello I have just purchased this laptop HP 14-ac100na and I cannot find the option in BIOS to allow the laptop to auto start after a power failure. where is that option?

I'm not aware of any such option.

 

There is the Windows option to force a restart after a partial shutdown, but this requires power and if the PC is powered off, that will not work.

Hi thanks for your reply. what windows option? I had an old HP Pavilion and it had that option in the advanced tab in the BIOS. What I want is that the laptop turns on immediately when I connect the power without the need to push the button, like I had in my old laptop. also in this new laptop I just bought, the bios is so annoying, there is a loud nerve breaking beep that occurs every time I press the up or down button if there was no option left down or up. and the advanced tab is missing. why there are so many options missing and how to stop this annoying extremely loud beep when I navigate the bios?
