I HAVE AN HP PAVILION 15 WHEN I TRY TO RUN DIAGNOSTICS IN MY LAPTOP IT WONT RUN FOR SOME REASON......IT SHOWS "INTITIALIZING DIAGNOSTICS"AND IT REMAINS THE SAME FOREVER......BATTERY CONSUMPTION DURING THIS TIME IS VAST......ITS BEEN ONLY 2 MONTH SINCE I BOUGHT MY LAPTOP......PLEASE GIVE AN SOLUTION
