HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0061wm

when I try to login to user account I get message that "device shut down unexpectedly," screen blinks 3 times then goes back to login. It freezes so I can't try and change settings or run diagnostics. It is synced with my phone. First time issue presented was trying to delete a bookmark. Only things I did last night was clean up drive storage, sign out of open session on all devices, and run update on phone. I powerwashed my hp last time and all was well...until again this morning. I can only access my computer if I create new account or browse as guest.
