I purchased a chromebook(14-c025us),but the bios is broken,I want recover it,According to the instructions from HP.com,the website is http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833,for reference.
 I made BIOS recovery flash drive(using 69063.exe,is it correct?),but the following step is press win-key&B key at the same time for update BIOS file.my question is:there is not win-key on chromebook keyboard,How can I recovery the BIOS?

Thanks for the reply,  recommend you to try steps in this article. If the issue persists, please download the recovery kit and reinstall Chrome OS.

I see you are facing an issue with your Chromebook. Happy to help. 

May I know the issue you are facing with your Chromebook?

 

The procedure you are following is for Windows computer and is not applicable for Chromebook.

Thanks for your reply, my chromebook can't startup and enter to BIOS(the CPU fan and HDD light still work ), so I want to know how to recover the chromebook BIOS? if there is some files or software tools is necessary, can you kindly send to my email gws021x@gmail.com?
