HP Recommended

im getting the following error start up on my hp pavillion 14 x360:

"The CMOS checksum is invalid. The CMOS will be reset 

 to the defaul configuration and will be rebooted. Please check your BIOS setup options to see if they change.

CMOS rest (502). 

ENTER - Reboot the system"

 

what does this mean and how do i fix it? please help
