My computer froze out of the blue twice. Nothing worked. So I powered it off by holding the power button. The second time I got this Hard Disk Error. I did a systems diagnostics and a hard drive test. I got the following, Failure ID: RLUF6C-69CB6W-MFPX1F-61AE03
I was in the middle of a project and I did save it, but one of the software I was using is Windows based only, I need this computer to work. HELP

How did you install Windows 11 on your machine ? Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
