My laptop is still new. at first it used to boot normally. but after some time, it can only boot when i press the power on button twice. if you press once, it will fail and brings your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart When i try to run disk check it brings hard disk error. hard disk 1 (3f1). no hard disk. I have even re-installed new fresh windows but the same issue.

This sounds like a hardware issue -- but you only made matters worse if the Windows image you installed from you got from Microsoft, not HP. Why? Because the MS image only has the generic drivers, not the custom HP drivers needed for the hardware in your laptop.  NOW, one or more hardware components is no longer going to work properly because they don't have the right drivers.

Hardware issues, like failing power switches are not fixed by forcing Windows reinstallations.
