Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
hp sceptre x360 convertible 14-eaoxxx 1h9moua#aba . Computer wouldnt boot afer update and tried to reinstall windows and it states that there no drives , load drivers . So is there anyway to remedy this computer wont boot so i cant retrieve mey own.

I'm unclear from your comments about what your goal is here.
You appear to want to reinstall Windows but then, you make comments about recovering -- presumably files on the PC. If you reinstall Windows, you will erase those files.
So, what is your real goal here?
