HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Actually, I bought my hp envoy x360 13-00 from the USA, while living in Pakistan. my brother brought it in Pakistan by signing in with his account, now when I used the command for factory reset in system bios then it restarts with a demanding for bit locker recovery key. Unfortunately, my laptop is not registered in his Microsoft account or removed by him. So what i should do to reset it in factory reset? may I use the reinstall window option in this recovery mode or is there any default BitLocker key?
