Product: Travelmate P249
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop is just weird , its slow, jerky, takes ages to load up and load icons on desktop  If you click on a program its slow to launch as would a jpeg picture on the desktop ... I get there in the end but I boat this as a supposedly fast and effecient computer but its getting as bad as my old one ?   any ideas run all the software supplied with the laptop ie clean, and defrag etc but doesnt seem to make much difference 

 

Running windows 10 pro ( all up to date|) 

Its an Acer Travelmate P249 MODEL N16 Q1

Your PC is a Acer laptop, and this forum only provides support for HP laptops.

 

You have to contact the appropriate Acer support forum for assistance.
