, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Steps to Enable Memory Integrity:

Update All Drivers:
- Ensure all drivers, including chipset, graphics, and other system drivers, are updated. You can update drivers through the HP Support Assistant or manually from the HP website.

Check for Windows Updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click on Check for updates and install any available updates.

Verify Compatibility:
- Some hardware or drivers may not be fully compatible with Memory Integrity. Verify that your hardware specifications and drivers meet the requirements for enabling this feature.

Resolve Driver Issues:

Run Windows Security:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device security.
- Click on Core isolation details under Core isolation.
- If the file
hswultpep.sys
is flagged, it may need updating or removal.

Removing Problematic Drivers:
- Open Device Manager.
- Locate the device using the problematic driver, right-click on it, and select Uninstall device.
- Restart your laptop and check if the issue is resolved.

- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device security.
- Click on Core isolation details and turn off Memory integrity.

- Perform a clean boot to eliminate software conflicts:
- Type msconfig in the Windows search box and press Enter.
- In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.
- Check Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable all.
- In the Startup tab, click Open Task Manager.
- Disable all startup items.
- Restart your laptop and try enabling Memory Integrity again.
- Perform a clean boot to eliminate software conflicts:
